Licia - I related exactly to everything you said about "muscles one doesn't know one has." My trainer says the being 'sore' (or minorly so) is a natural part of this discipline and should be ignored as long as it is not injurious or impeding to our daily functioning. I think there may be a theological metaphor in this as follows: As we seek higher spirituality, or knowledge thereof, we are constantly reminded of how limited we are of such knowledge in our current state. We should no more 'quit' our quest for physical improvement than 'quit' our search for spiritual growth. Sometimes it 'hurts' to know Christ. Van
